On the auspicious day of August 15, 2024, St. Joseph's High School (English Medium), Jokalandi, blossomed into a new era of academic excellence, as it inaugurated its magnificent state-of-the-art building. This momentous occasion was a testament to the school's unwavering dedication to growth, development, and the collective efforts of its visionary management.

Mrs. Reshma Tripathy, with her gracious warmth, welcomed esteemed guests to this historic celebration, which commenced with heartfelt Independence Day wishes. The ceremony was graced by illustrious dignitaries, including Archbishop John Barwa SVD, Sr. Leena Jacob SSJA, Mrs. Manjulata Kanhar, and Shri. Colonel Sandeep Satpathy, whose presence illuminated the occasion.

The ‘pièce de résistance’ of the inauguration was the cutting of the code to new beginnings, heralding the official unveiling of the new building. The students, with their vibrant energy, showcased a kaleidoscope of cultural extravaganzas, depicting the rich tapestry of dances from across India under the guidance of Mrs.Nilu Baral

St. Joseph's High School's journey, which began in 2012 with a humble trio of teachers and 25 students, has blossomed into a thriving community of 380 students and 20 staff. The new building, a masterpiece of modern architecture, A Separate office zone, A large staff room, spacious classrooms, a cutting-edge computer lab, a treasure trove library, a multipurpose hall, and versatile learning spaces designed to nurture young minds.

The inauguration marked a renewed commitment to excellence in education, illuminating a bright future for the school community, a beacon of hope and promise.
