Blessing of the New House at Rue de la Fruitière – Vieugy
The new house located at Rue de la Fruitière was blessed today by Father Scaria, MSFS, and will serve as the residence for the sisters of the Vieugy community. In his reflection on the Word of God, the Father encouraged the sisters to make this house a dwelling place for God and a haven of peace brought by the Risen Christ.
Sisters from nearby communities joined the celebration, adding to the joy of the day. The presence of Sister Leena, Provincial Superior of the Bhubaneswar Province, accompanied by five sisters, made the event even more special.
After the blessing, we shared a fraternal meal and enjoyed moments of fellowship. Sister Tessy expressed her deep gratitude to all the sisters who worked tirelessly to prepare the house. She also offered her heartfelt wishes and prayers to Sister Marie Ducrot, as well as Sisters Luke and Shobha, who are beginning their life in this new home. May God's abundant blessings always be with them.
